ARTHUR PERSCHETZ

Arthur Perschetz is Counsel with Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, a full-service AMLaw 100 law firm with nearly 500 attorneys in nine offices around the globe. Arthur specializes in insurance-related regulatory and corporate matters and lobbying including company and agency formation, acquisitions, sales and mergers. He is actively involved in forming captive insurers and risk retention groups and is recognized as one of the District of Columbia's leading practitioners in this area. He has advised clients on corporate restructuring alternatives such as demutualizations and mutual holding company reorganizations. He is also experienced in matters involving redomestication and a wide variety of holding company issues. In addition, he counsels clients on bank insurance sales programs including Internet-related sales issues. Arthur speaks and writes frequently about captive insurers and risk retention groups.
