Jonathan Groves
Jonathan Groves is currently a Senior Vice President and responsible for Marsh's captive consulting services within the EMEA region and a member of Marsh's Solvency II steering group.

Jeanette Rödbro
Jeanette Rödbro is head of Captive Management for Schenker AG in Gothenburg, Sweden. She has been instrumental in the formation of the Luxembourg based European Captive Insurance and Reinsurance Owners' Association, ECIROA, where she currently acts as the Executive Manager.
- Gordon Rowell is the Head of Insurance Supervision at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. He is responsible for administering and monitoring the system of supervisory regulation of the insurance industry in the Cayman Islands, monitoring the industry's development, and managing the Insurance Division staff.
