The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC) and the International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE) are proud to jointly offer this vital webconference at the start of the Cayman Captive Forum.
This seminar first outlines legal, tax and regulatory essentials of structuring a healthcare captive program. Onshore, offshore, single parent and group contexts will be explored. Once the captive becomes operational, the lecture next reviews techniques and pitfalls in risk assessment, mitigation and management, intelligent claims handling and self-funding opportunities.
