2008 - During the conference's General Session VCIA President Molly Lambert awarded the VCIA Distinguished Scholar Award to Jen Ryan of HSBC, and the Harry House Scholarship (sponsored by Housing Authority Insurance Group) was awarded to Samit Shrivastava. Both Ryan and Shrivistava will receive full scholarships to attend the ACI designation program.

2008 - Michael Rivas was awarded the Harry House Captive Insurance Modular Course Scholarship
2007 - ICCIE announced at the VCIA conference opening session the winner of VCIA’s Distinguished Scholar Award – a full scholarship to the ACI designation program, based on demonstrated achievement in the captive insurance industry and service to the community. The award was presented to Lisa Poulin of Milliman, based in Wakefield, MA. Congratulations, Lisa!
